Most small-business websites only say that the business exists — not why it is worth choosing, or what the next step should be. I build websites for local businesses and service providers that present the offer clearly and lead visitors straight to getting in touch or making a booking.
When does it make sense?
When you don’t have a website yet, or your current one doesn’t say why people should come to you.

A full website talks about many things at once, and a specific offer, campaign or service can easily get lost in it. I build focused pages with a single purpose, organising the content around one offer or campaign so visitors never have to choose what to pay attention to.

When a campaign, an offer or a service needs a focused page of its own.
When the job asks for more than a template can handle.
Sometimes a template-based website simply can’t handle what is needed: a bespoke feature, specific logic or integration with external systems. In those cases I shape the build around the actual task, not around the limits of a ready-made template.

Refresh, extend, rework — without starting over.
Over time an existing website can fall behind: it gets slow, becomes hard to manage, or no longer reflects what the business offers today. Where a full redesign isn’t justified, I update, extend or rework the existing site so that it serves the purpose it was built for again.

I don’t think in templates. Your business comes first.

As an independent web developer, I build websites that start from what your business actually needs. Before I design anything, I want to understand what you do, who you want to reach and what your website needs to help you achieve.

For me, a good website isn’t only about how it looks. What matters is that visitors quickly understand what you offer, find the information that matters to them, and can get in touch with you easily.

The price depends on your needs, the features required and how complex the project is. In our first conversation we talk through your ideas, and then you receive a tailored quote.
That depends on the size and complexity of the project. I can give you a more precise timeline once we have reviewed your needs and the content required.
Yes. I design and build websites to work well on phones, tablets and desktop computers alike.
Yes. When I build a website, I pay attention to the technical foundations of search engine optimisation, to well-structured content, and to making the information easy for search engines and AI-based answer systems to interpret. This gives you a good foundation for being found, but no specific ranking or AI recommendation can be guaranteed.
We agree on this at the start of the project. We go through what content you already have, and where you need help.
Future development needs can be taken into account during the design. Whether and how the site can be extended depends on the solution and the new features in question.
